A beautiful movie directed by Fazil. All the songs in this movie were big hits those days. I think it is in the year 1990 this film was released. It became a mega-hit. Karthik and Kushboo were acting beautifully in this movie… It became one of the family movies to be watched regularly….

This song is one of my favorite ones sung by Dr.KJY. Although this is a semi-classic song, I have tried my level best to sing this cover. Your valuable comments and feedback are welcome……

27/03/2011 அன்று பெங்களூரில் நடைபெற்ற இங்கிலாந்து vs இந்தியா மேட்ச் மிகுந்த எதிர்பார்ப்புடன் ஆரம்பமானது... தொடக்கத்தில் ஆடிய இந்திய அணி சச்சின் டெண்டுல்கரின் அற்புதமான ஆட்டத்தினால் (120 ரன்கள்) 338 ரன்களைக் குவித்தது... ஆஹா.. இந்த ரன்களை இங்கிலாந்து அணியினால் எங்கே எடுக்க முடியும் என்ற உற்சாகக் கனவோடு இறங்கிய இந்திய அணிக்கு தொடக்கம் முதலே இங்கிலாந்து அணி சரியான சவால் விடக்கூடிய அணியாக விளங்கியது...

இந்த ஆட்டத்தைப்பார்ப்போம் என்று சீக்கிரமாகவே அலுவலகத்தை விட்டு வந்த எனக்கோ சரியான போர்..... எல்லாப் பந்து வீச்சாளர்களையும் விளாசித்தள்ளிக் கொண்டிருந்தனர் இங்கிலாந்து ஆட்ட வீரர்கள்.... சேனலை மாற்றி வேறு நிகழ்ச்சிகளைப் பார்த்துக்கொண்டிருந்த நான் எதேச்சையாக திரும்பவும் கிரிக்கெட் சேனலுக்கு வர அப்போதுதான் இரண்டு விக்கெட்டுக்களை ஜகீர் கான் வீழ்த்தி இருந்தது தெரிய வந்தது.... ஆட்டம் சூடு பிடிக்க ஆரம்பித்தது....  எடுக்க வேண்டிய ரன்களும் வீச வேண்டிய பந்துகளின் எண்ணிக்கையும் சமமாக இருப்பதிலிருந்து ஆரம்பித்து இந்திய அணி வீரர்கள் புது வீரத்துடன் விளையாட ஆரம்பித்தனர்.... அடுத்த ஜகீர் கானின் பந்தில் இன்னொரு வீரர் ஆட்டம் இழக்க... அப்பப்பா.. என்ன கரகோஷம்...

மதில் மேல் பூனையாக ஆட்டம் சென்று கொண்டிருக்க என்னோடு என் குழந்தைகளும் சேர்ந்து கொண்டு ஆட்டத்தை ரசிக்க ஆரம்பித்தனர்.... ஒவ்வொரு விக்கெட் விழும்போதும் மிகப் பெரிய சப்தத்தை உருவாக்கி நாங்கள் என் மனைவியை வெறுப்பேற்றிக் கொண்டிருந்தோம்... (நாங்கள் கத்துவதால் என்ன பயன்..... விளையாடுபவன் சம்பாதித்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறான்... நமக்கு என்ன இருக்கிறது... என்பது அவள் வாதம்)...

ஆட்டம் கடைசி பந்தில் வந்து நின்றது.  இரண்டு ரன் எடுத்தால் இங்கிலாந்துக்கு வெற்றி... விக்கெட்டை வீழ்த்தினால் இந்தியாவுக்கு வெற்றி என்ற நிலையில் கடைசி பந்தை முனாஃப் படேல் வீச இங்கிலாந்து வீரர்கள் ஒரு ரன் எடுத்து இரண்டாவது ரன்னில் ரன் அவுட் முறையில் ஆட்டம் இழந்தனர்.... ஆட்டம் சமமாக முடிந்தது.... எங்களுடைய இதய ஓட்டமும் சராசரி நிலையை அடைந்தது......

ஒரு நிறைவான ஆட்டத்தைப் பார்த்த திருப்தி இருந்தாலும், இந்தியா ஜெயித்திருக்கலாமே என்ற எண்ணம் எழாமல் இல்லை..... என்ன இருந்தாலும் தாய் நாட்டு அணியல்லவா.......
